Terms & Conditions

1. About Littlegold Podiatry

Littlegold Podiatry provides podiatry services via home visits. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Appointments (home visits)

  • Appointments take place at the address provided at the time of booking.

  • Please ensure we can access the property at the agreed time.

  • If you need to change the address, please let us know as early as possible.

3. Booking information

To help us provide safe, appropriate care, we may ask for information such as:

  • Patient name and contact details

  • Address for the home visit

  • Age/date of birth

  • Relevant medical history and medications

  • The reason for the appointment

4. Fees and pricing

Our fees are confirmed at the time of booking. For current prices, please see our Pricing page.

5. Deposit and payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are paid online via Stripe.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment (unless agreed otherwise).

6. Cancellations, changes, and missed appointments

We understand plans can change and we’ll always aim to be fair.

  • You can cancel or rearrange your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full appointment fee is due.

  • If we arrive and are unable to carry out the appointment (for example, no answer at the door, we cannot access the property, or the patient is not available), the full appointment fee is due.

7. Late arrivals and appointment timing

  • Please be ready at the agreed time.

  • If you are late, we may need to shorten the appointment to avoid delaying later visits.

  • If we are running late due to travel or an earlier appointment, we will do our best to contact you.

8. Treatment, consent, and onward referral

  • We will explain the treatment options available and answer any questions before we begin.

  • You can ask us to pause or stop treatment at any time.

  • Some conditions may require referral to a GP or another healthcare professional. We will advise you if this is the case.

9. Home environment and safety

For home visits, please ensure a safe and suitable space for treatment (for example, a chair and adequate lighting).

We may decline to provide treatment if we believe the environment is unsafe.

10. Health information and confidentiality

We handle personal and medical information confidentially and in line with applicable data protection laws. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

11. Children and vulnerable adults

If the patient is a child or requires support, a parent/guardian or appropriate adult should be present during the appointment.

12. Complaints

If you have any concerns about your care, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and professionally.

13. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website is the current version.
